Adaptas Solutions Pty Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable & Receivable Officer reporting to the Financial Controller. The role covers all aspects of AP/AR, reconciliations, and providing finance support to the business.

You will also provide general administrative support, answering phone calls, welcoming guests, and helping coordinate company events and catering. Key duties include reconciling collections, processing payments, reconciling bank statements to the General Ledger, and preparing

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels of the business.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel; highly computer literate.
• Excellent telephone manner and professional communication are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Reconcile collections received and receipts in the system.
• Process payments according to payment terms and reconcile bank statements to General Ledger.
• Provide customers statements of account monthly and assist in maintaining financial records.
• Assist with filing, scanning, archiving and general office duties as required.
• Handle ad hoc duties and provide support to the finance team and company events.
