Job summary

Cullen Jewellery in Melbourne is seeking a Client Advisor to deliver bespoke consultations in-person or online, helping clients design dream pieces and guiding them through the customization process.

You will participate in showroom setup, maintain displays, and support aftercare services while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a full-time role that runs Tue–Sat, with a friendly, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in premium retail or jewellery sales.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client experiences.
• Ability to work flexibly and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-person and online consultations to assist clients in selecting jewellery and provide personalised guidance.
• Coordinate aftercare consultations including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims with fast turnaround.
• Promote Cullen Jewellery’s ethical practices and community initiatives.
• Assist in daily showroom setup and maintain cleanliness of consultation desks and showroom areas.
• Complete ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes, display changes, and postage duties.
