Job summary

Cullen Jewellery in Melbourne is seeking a Client Advisor to provide bespoke consultations and guide clients through selecting or designing pieces, in person or online. The role is full-time and based in our showroom, with a Tuesday–Saturday roster 9am–5pm on weekdays and 8am–4pm Saturdays.

The successful candidate will have experience in premium jewellery or retail, a keen eye for detail, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional client experiences while upholding the brand’s ethical

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer service in premium jewellery or retail.
• Attention to detail and commitment to exceptional client experiences.
• Ability to work Mon-Sat roster and contribute to a premium showroom culture.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person and online consultations to help clients select or design pieces.
• Coordinate aftercare and warranty services with a focus on fast turnaround and client satisfaction.
• Promote Cullen Jewellery’s commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives.
• Assist in showroom setup, cleanliness, and product displays.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes and postage duties as required.

About the position:

As a Client Advisor, you will provide bespoke and informative consultations to clients, helping them discover or design their dream pieces, whether in person or through online consultations. This is a full-time, permanent position at our beautiful showroom in Melbourne working on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 9am-5pm and Saturdays 8am-4pm.

Key responsibilities include:

• Through in-person and online consultations, you'll be assisting clients in selecting jewellery, offering personalised advice and education, guiding them through the customisation process, and preparing independent custom quotes; and
• Coordinate aftercare services consultations including resizing, repairs, and lifetime warranty claims, with a fast turnaround and high client satisfaction
• Promoting Cullen Jewellery’s commitment to ethical practices and community initiatives
• Participating in the daily setup and opening of the showroom, and ensuring the cleanliness of consultation desks and other showroom areas.
• Completing ad-hoc tasks such as stock takes, changing product displays, and managing postage tasks as required

• Proven experience in a sales or customer service role, ideally within the premium jewellery or retail industry;
• High attention to detail and commitment to providing exceptional client experiences
• Strong organisational and time management abilities, with the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities and processes;
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team to achieve common goals;
• The right to work in Australia; and
• Capacity to work on a Monday to Saturday roster consistently.
