Job summary

Country SA PHN in Nuriootpa, South Australia, is seeking an Information Systems Support Officer to deliver 1st and 2nd line service desk support, application support, and administer IT systems to enable efficient health services delivery.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software issues, support staff with IT systems, create user guides and training, and contribute to documentation and governance across Windows, Office 365, and network services.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of IT support experience.
• Proficiency with Windows operating systems and Office 365 administration.
• Experience with service desk software and ticketing systems.
• Sound knowledge of network protocols and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with application support and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd level support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist users with troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
