Statewide Clinical Support Services (SCSS) is seeking a Technical Support Officer to be the first contact for ICT support across SA Pathology. You will provide friendly, responsive assistance to a diverse range of users and manage support requests to keep pathology services running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office and Active Directory.
• Strong customer service, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritise workloads and resolve ICT issues with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge of computer security, change control and network fundamentals.
