Job summary

BMD Group in Western Australia is seeking a Systems Officer to provide end-user support, systems administration and training across our offices and project sites. This hands-on role will involve regular travel to project locations to help teams maximise the value of our business systems.

You will work with Topdesk, myJob, SharePoint, Civilpro, HammerTech and other applications, delivering training, onboarding and ongoing support while driving continuous improvement of IT processes across the

Qualifications

Experience in IT support or end-user support roles.
Strong communication with stakeholders and ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Willingness to travel across regional WA and occasionally interstate.

Responsibilities

Provide first-line support for business systems and technology platforms.
Manage regional IT helpdesk requests via Topdesk, including triage and resolution.
Deliver systems training and user support for platforms such as myJob, SharePoint, Civilpro, HammerTech.
Support employee onboarding, inductions and systems orientation programs.
Assist with deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting of IT equipment.
Conduct regular site visits to provide technical assistance and user training.
Maintain asset registers and system records for service delivery.
Participate in UAT and rollout of new technologies and system enhancements.
Gather feedback to improve processes and user experience.
Champion adoption of business systems across the region and participate in stand-ups.
