JR Richards & Sons in Rutherford, NSW is seeking an experienced IT Support Technician to join our team. Provide Help Desk support to users across the business and troubleshoot hardware, software and network issues.

You will support Windows desktops, servers and network infrastructure, assist with system upgrades and IT projects, and deliver excellent customer service and technical support in a growing regional company.

Qualifications

• IT qualification and/or industry certifications.
• Minimum 4 years' IT support experience.
• Strong Windows Desktop, Server and Network Administration skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Current C Class Driver's Licence.
