The Grounds Group is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hands-on help desk support across sites in Australia. You will diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network problems, install applications, and assist end users with IT requests.

You will maintain systems, document issues, and participate in rollouts and maintenance projects. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's degree in IT and practical experience with IT infrastructure, networking, and devices such as POS, EFTPOS, printers,

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in IT.
• Experience in hardware installation, networking, troubleshooting and managing IT systems.
• Experience troubleshooting day-to-day hardware, software and network problems including POS systems and EFTPOS.

Responsabilidades

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware problems
• Assisting end users with installation of applications and programs
• Resolving network issues as they arise.
• Maintain applications according to SLAs
• Develop and implement testing plans.
• Work across the Service Delivery Lifecycle on engineering solutions for new system roll-outs, major/minor enhancements, and ongoing maintenance of existing applications.
• Develop, design, and maintain software products or systems
• Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary
• Analyze, design, build, and test new components or enhancements to existing systems
• Act independently to establish methods and procedures on new assignments.
• Conduct project and issue management (status reporting, issue reporting, ETC/budget reporting)
• Adhere to strategic direction set by senior management.
• Liaise regularly with the Management regarding operational objectives, purposes and achievements of each department
