Job summary

Plaza Premium Lounge in Sydney is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver technical support for internal users and key IT systems. You will handle End Point devices and network infrastructure, providing Level 1 & 2 IT support and maintenance.

Responsibilities include maintaining file servers, POS terminals, CCTV, Wi‑Fi, VPN, and coordinating with vendors. You will install, support, and maintain IT hardware/software and train users to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years' relevant IT support experience preferably in sizable firms or multinational companies.
• Solid experience in supporting Microsoft Windows, O365, AD.
• Solid experience in supporting Windows Server and Android devices.
• Familiar with Windows operating systems and office applications.
• Hands-on networking knowledge: TCP/IP, VPN, firewall basics, WAN/LAN security.
• Strong problem solving and communication skills; good English prose and speech.
• Able to work independently and under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Provide support services to ensure all computer systems function properly (servers, POS terminals, CCTV, internet, Wi‑Fi, VPN, etc.).
• Install, support and maintain IT related hardware and software.
• Support daily IT operations and liaise with business users and IT team.
• Liaise with vendors on quotations for setup, implementation, repair, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
• Maintain IT related contracts.
• Analyze IT problems and recommend corrective, preventive, and improvement measures.
• Maintain administration records of IT equipment inventory, software inventory, licenses, and network information.
• Provide training and support to end users.
• Coordinate IT projects from system deployments to new site openings or renovations.
• Perform any ad hoc IT duties as assigned.
