Job summary

Milestone Technologies in Sydney is seeking an IT Support Technician (L2) to keep day-to-day IT operations running smoothly. You will manage hardware moves, set up devices for internal users, and troubleshoot issues across Windows, Linux and macOS while supporting printers and shared services.

You will also handle ticket triage and resolution within global SLAs, maintain inventory accuracy, and assist with walk-in requests.

Qualifications

• Experience providing end-user IT support.
• Ability to set up devices and manage hardware.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and macOS troubleshooting.
• Experience with asset/inventory management.

Responsibilities

• End-user hardware moves and device setup.
• Set up laptops, Macs, monitors, keyboards for internal users.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Linux and macOS issues.
• Resolve network connectivity issues and standard end-user support items.
• Maintain organized IT equipment storage and up-to-date inventory.
• Update asset management records during deployment/recovery.
• Handle walk-in support and admin requests.
• Triage, allocate and resolve IT/AV tickets per global SLAs.
