Job summary

Venues NSW is seeking a Technical Support Officer to ensure smooth operation of IT services and provide prompt, effective resolutions for end-users. You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, assist with onboarding/offboarding, and manage IT assets throughout their lifecycle using asset management software.

You will monitor IT infrastructure, help implement standard configurations with Windows Server editions, Exchange and Office 365, and contribute to a positive user

Qualifications

Certificate IV in Information Technology is required.
12 months experience in a previous helpdesk position is preferred.
Experience with Windows Server, Exchange, Office 365 and AD tools is essential.

Responsibilities

Be the first point of contact for technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
Monitor and manage IT infrastructure to ensure reliability and compliance.
Onboard/offboard users and oversee the lifecycle of IT assets.
Assist with software and hardware installations and prints service administration.
