Job summary

Konnecting is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our IT team in NSW. The role focuses on first and second-level helpdesk support, provisioning and configuring new equipment, and participating in IT projects to support the organisation’s objectives.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ year of IT support experience, strong communication skills, and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments. A current driver’s licence and compliance checks for NSW are required.

Qualifications

• Higher School Certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Microsoft Office 365 experience.
• Microsoft Windows Server networks experience.
• Server/desktop virtualization experience.
• TCP/IP and network troubleshooting knowledge.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Current driver’s licence.
• National Police Check and Working with Children Check for NSW.

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level IT helpdesk support and resolve hardware, software and network issues.
• Assist with IT projects, server upgrades, network upgrades and new site implementations.
• Provision, configure and deploy IT hardware and software.
• Maintain IT systems documentation and onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Develop end-user training resources and educate staff on new systems.
