Venues NSW is seeking a Technical Support Officer to ensure smooth IT operations and high-quality user support across the organisation.

You will be the first point of contact for technical issues, delivering prompt resolutions, training, and resources to empower users. The role includes monitoring infrastructure, managing assets, and streamlining onboarding/offboarding for staff within NSW venues network.

Qualificações

• Minimum qualification of a Certificate IV in Information Technology.
• Around 12 months experience in a helpdesk role or similar.
• Experience with Windows Server versions and Exchange environments.
• Familiarity with Office 365 and device management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the first point of contact for users with technical issues.
• Provide prompt, professional support to minimise downtime.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes for users.
• Oversee lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to disposal.
• Monitor IT infrastructure for reliability and compliance.
