Job summary

TAFE NSW is seeking an IT Support Officer to deliver high-quality technical support across campuses for staff, students and stakeholders. Based from Kingswood or Meadowbank, you will provide both virtual and on-site assistance, diagnose issues and resolve a broad range of technical problems to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Qualifications

• Certified copies preferred; these will be required if successful for the role.
• You are an experienced and customer-focused IT professional who enjoys solving problems and helping others.
• With strong technical knowledge and a calm, professional approach, you can effectively diagnose issues, provide practical solutions and communicate complex information in a way that is easy for customers to understand.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Centre of Excellence and the Institute of Applied Technology Digital with high-quality technical support to staff, students and stakeholders.
• Deliver both virtual and on-site support, diagnosing and resolving a broad range of intermediate to complex technical issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of IT support services.
