Job summary

TAFE NSW is seeking an Education Support Officer to support the National TAFE Network (NTN) Remote Student Support project on a casual basis across multiple regional NSW locations. You will welcome students onsite, help during orientation, and provide ongoing education support and pastoral care to help learners succeed.

This hands-on, campus-based role cannot be performed remotely. You will assist students with technology, navigate resources, and foster an inclusive, supportive learning

Qualifications

• Certificate III qualification or higher in any discipline.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to help students use technology and navigate resources.

Responsibilities

• Greet students onsite and assist during orientation.
• Provide ongoing education support and pastoral care.
• Help learners access resources and use digital tools.
