Job summary

TAFE NSW’s Centres of Excellence in Sydney seeks an IT Support Officer to deliver high-quality technical support to staff, students and stakeholders across the Construction Centre of Excellence and the Institute of Applied Technology Digital.

Based from Kingswood or Meadowbank, you will provide both virtual and on-site support, diagnosing a broad range of issues and contributing to service improvements within a dynamic learning environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical support to staff, students and stakeholders.
• Deliver both virtual and on-site support and diagnose issues across a range of complexity.
• Support continuous improvement of IT services and customer experience across the Centres of Excellence.
