Job summary

TAFE NSW is seeking motivated Education Support Officers to support the National TAFE Network (NTN) Remote Student Support project on a casual basis. This role is campus-based across 26 regional NSW locations, including Jindabyne.

You will greet and assist students onsite, help navigate technology and resources, participate in orientation activities, and provide ongoing education support and pastoral care throughout their learning journey. This is a hands-on, onsite role and not remote.

Qualifications

• Certificate III qualification or higher in any discipline.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to assist students with technology (Microsoft Office) and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist students onsite across campus locations.
• Participate in orientation activities for new students.
• Provide ongoing education support and pastoral care to learners.
• Help students navigate technology and access learning resources.
