Job summary

TAFE NSW is seeking an IT Support Officer for the Centres of Excellence based at Kingswood or Meadowbank, on a temporary full-time basis until 30 June 2027. The role delivers high-quality technical support to staff, students and stakeholders across on-site and remote environments.

You'll diagnose and resolve a broad range of intermediate to complex issues, prioritise competing tasks, travel between campuses as needed, and contribute to service improvements while supporting innovative learning

Qualifications

• Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Associate Degree in a relevant discipline OR equivalent skills, knowledge and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality technical IT support to staff, students and stakeholders.
• Deliver virtual and on-site support and diagnose/resolve a broad range of issues.
• Prioritise tasks and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Occasionally travel between campuses and work outside normal hours as required.
