Qualifications

• Certified copies preferred; these will be required if successful for the role.
• Customer-focused IT professional with strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Support the Construction Centre of Excellence and the Institute of Applied Technology Digital, providing high-quality technical support to staff, students and stakeholders.
• Deliver both virtual and on-site support, diagnosing and resolving a broad range of intermediate to complex technical issues while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Manage competing priorities, work with a diverse range of stakeholders and contribute to continuous improvement of IT support services.
