CleanPeak Energy is seeking a proactive IT Support Officer to join our team in a modern, cloud-first environment. You will administer and support Microsoft 365, manage user access, and assist with cyber security and audits.

Ideal candidates have IT-related qualifications, strong communication skills, and a hands-on approach to solving problems for a growing Australian company focused on renewable energy infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Qualifications in Information Technology, Cyber Security, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Practical experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments and Windows endpoints.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities with the capacity to research solutions independently.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for hardware, software and network issues.
• Support day-to-day corporate IT operations including meeting room technology, conferencing systems, audiovisual equipment, printers, and general workplace technology services.
• Perform system administration tasks, manage user accounts, permissions and access controls.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of employees within the IT infrastructure.
• Install, configure and maintain computer hardware, monitors, and other devices, coordinating repairs and replacements as needed.
• Administer and support Microsoft 365 technologies.
• Assist with cybersecurity and compliance audit preparation.
• Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, procedures, standards, and security records.
