Tradezone Pty Ltd on the Gold Coast is seeking an IT Support Engineer to help run and support our Microsoft 365 environment, manage devices across our national network, and handle escalated service desk work. You will contribute to deployment, access control, and data reporting in a modern environment as we evolve.

We value solid second/third line support, hands-on Microsoft 365 administration, and strong communication with non-technical staff.

Qualifications

• Solid second or third line support experience in a Microsoft environment.
• Hands-on Microsoft 365 administration — users, groups, licensing, mailboxes, Teams and SharePoint.
• Windows device support and deployment experience, ideally with Intune and Autopilot.
• Confidence with user access and permissions, including multi-factor authentication and SharePoint site and folder permissions.
• Good troubleshooting instincts and the patience to find the actual cause.
• Clear communication with people who aren't technical, and a genuinely helpful manner.

Responsibilities

• Support and administer our Microsoft 365 environment — Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive.
• Roll out and manage laptops and end-user hardware across our sites, using Intune and Autopilot.
• Manage user access and permissions across the environment — accounts, groups, multi-factor authentication, SharePoint site and folder permissions, and access to our new data platform.
• Handle tickets from the service desk, working issues through to root cause and escalating as required.
• Help pull together the data behind our reporting, and build and maintain reporting and dashboards.
• Build the how-to guides and internal documentation that lift support efficiency.
