Job summary

ATSICHS Brisbane is seeking an IT Officer to deliver advanced technical support to end-users and maintain secure IT systems across the Brisbane region. The role requires hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Networking and Azure, plus strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar IT related role.
• Certificate 4 in relevant field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Windows server, Networking, and Azure.
• In-depth knowledge of IT systems, software, and hardware.
• Ability to empathise with users and provide solutions that meet their needs.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues, ensuring timely resolution of requests and problems.
• Perform routine maintenance and updates on IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Monitor and enforce IT security measures to protect data and systems.
• Install and configure hardware and software.
• Identify opportunities for improvements in security infrastructure and systems.
• Monitor and maintain access control, endpoint protection and backup solutions.
• Create and maintain documentation for IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
• Create and maintain project documentation including recording of risks and issues.
• Provide service delivery in line with the IT team's SLA with a focus on customer service.
