Amazon Commercial Services Pty Ltd is seeking an IT Support Engineer I to back the Operations Technology Solutions team at a Moorebank logistics site. You will provide first-level IT support across multiple buildings, manage IT equipment, and troubleshoot end-user devices daily.

The role offers growth through mentorship, hands-on learning, and certifications. Flexible site operations run 7 days across day and night shifts at Moorebank facility.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of corporate IT support across Windows, Mac or Linux.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience maintaining zebra printers, troubleshooting thin clients, PCs, scanners, and handheld terminals.
• High school or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support for Operations at the Fulfillment Center.
• Allocate and maintain IT equipment and manage multiple requests.
• Troubleshoot IT equipment including PCs, handheld devices, printers and thin clients.
• Oversee Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and repair processes for devices under warranty.
• Learn new technologies and pursue career development within the IT network.
