Job summary

Amazon is hiring an IT Support Engineer to keep the technology running at our operational sites across Australia, supporting the systems that power logistics from warehouse floor to customer doorstep.

Based at the Jandakot fulfilment centre in Perth, you will fix laptops, troubleshoot live issues, and build automations while collaborating with remote teams in networking and robotics. A rostered weekday shift with on‑call rotations is included.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Windows, Mac or Linux OS support experience.
• Experience troubleshooting integrated and interdependent computer systems.
• Experience maintaining printers, scanners, handheld terminals, and thin clients.
• High school or equivalent qualifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first level technical support for Operations at the Fulfillment Center.
• Allocate and maintain IT equipment, handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Troubleshoot IT equipment including PCs, wireless devices, printers, and end-user devices.
• Manage Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and repair process for devices under warranty.
• Learn new technologies and pursue career development within the IT network.
