Qualifications

• 3+ years vendor management experience in data center or critical environments.
• 4+ years in data center or other critical environment roles.
• 5+ years data center engineering or operations experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Monitors the global data center facilities infrastructure platform.
• Serves as a point of contact for internal and external teams.
• Assists with development of communication and escalation protocols.
• Contributes to outage post mortem analysis and records upkeep.
• Supports coordination during emergency recovery efforts.
• Helps develop tools to enhance team performance.
• Ability to support a 24x7 environment and weekend/holiday shifts.
