Job summary
Height Safety Engineers is seeking an experienced Level 2 & 3 IT Specialist to provide hands-on technical support and help manage our IT infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity environment. The role is part-time and focuses on delivering high-level technical support across a diverse technology stack, including hardware, software, networking, cloud tech, and Microsoft 365.
You will be the escalation point for technical issues and will work across a range of platforms to implement robust
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Windows Desktop OS and common software
- On-prem and cloud infrastructure experience
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server management
- Experience with Exchange Online/Intune/Defender management
- High-level networking knowledge (DHCP/DNS/LAN/VLAN/WLAN/WAN)
- Experience with Endpoint Protection and Backup/DR technologies
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Microsoft 365 migrations and tenant improvements
- Intune and endpoint management
- Exchange Online migrations
- Active Directory → Entra ID migrations
- SharePoint and file server migrations
- Azure and hybrid infrastructure
- Windows Server and Domain Controller upgrades
- Microsoft security and Defender solutions
- Network, firewall and infrastructure projects
- L3 technical escalations
- Technical design, implementation and documentation
