Job summary

Height Safety Engineers is seeking an experienced Level 2 & 3 IT Specialist to provide hands-on technical support and help manage our IT infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity environment. The role is part-time and focuses on delivering high-level technical support across a diverse technology stack, including hardware, software, networking, cloud tech, and Microsoft 365.

You will be the escalation point for technical issues and will work across a range of platforms to implement robust

• Strong experience with Windows Desktop OS and common software
• On-prem and cloud infrastructure experience
• Strong experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server management
• Experience with Exchange Online/Intune/Defender management
• High-level networking knowledge (DHCP/DNS/LAN/VLAN/WLAN/WAN)
• Experience with Endpoint Protection and Backup/DR technologies
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders

Height Safety Engineers is looking for an experienced Level 2 & 3 IT Specialist to provide hands-on technical support and help manage our IT infrastructure, systems and cybersecurity environment.

This is a part-time role suited to someone who will play a key role in delivery high level technical support across a diverse technology environment. You will be escalation point for technical issues, providing solutions across hardware, software, networking, cloud technologies, and Microsoft 365 environments.

Nice to have’s

• Diploma, Degree, or other relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
• Industry certifications such as ITIL, CompTIA, Microsoft, Azure, Microsoft Teams, Intune, or similar technologies are highly regarded.
