Job summary

Network Office Sunshine Coast seeks an experienced Senior IT Support Engineer (Level 3) to join our MSP team on the Sunshine Coast. You will handle advanced escalations, maintain and improve client infrastructure, and lead IT migrations and project implementations.

You will work across Microsoft 365, Azure, networking, security, automation and hybrid environments, mentoring junior technicians and driving continuous service improvement in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in IT infrastructure, systems engineering or technical support with Level 3 responsibilities.
• Experience in MSP environments.
• Demonstrated ability to independently plan and deliver IT migrations and infrastructure projects.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 administration, deployment and troubleshooting.
• Proficiency with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Experience with PSA, RMM and IT documentation platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 technical support across multiple managed client environments.
• Take ownership of complex escalations from Level 1 and Level 2 technicians.
• Diagnose and resolve advanced networking, server, cloud, Microsoft 365 and cybersecurity issues.
• Plan, manage and execute IT infrastructure, cloud and systems migration projects.
• Lead Microsoft 365 migrations, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive and Teams.
