Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in MSP environments is highly valued.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Able to learn quickly, think on your feet and work both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 support to clients across a range of technologies.
• Resolve routine, first-line issues and escalate when needed.
• Some on-site work will be required and training will be provided.
