Job summary

Widen the Net | B Corp™ is seeking an IT Support Technician to run on-site support for our Sydney office within a wider APAC/Middle East team. You will troubleshoot Mac OS and Windows, manage the IT network, AD, Office 365, and modern workspace tools such as Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Confluence, and Google Workspace.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT support, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to resolve issues within SLA.

Qualifications

1–3 years experience working as IT support/service desk.
Troubleshooting Mac OS X/macOS and Windows OS.
Knowledge in MDM such as JAMF, Intune or Airwatch.
Experience with Google Workspace, Okta, Atlassian or Slack is a plus.
Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills; reliable and sociable.

Responsibilities

Serve as sole IT on-site support for Sydney office as part of APAC/Middle East team.
Troubleshoot Mac OS X/macOS and Windows OS; manage IT network, AD, Office 365, and digital workspace tech (Okta, Atlassian, Slack, Confluence, Google Workspace).
Clear ticket backlog, analyse issues, follow up with end users, escalate when needed and identify root causes within SLA.
Build and maintain relationships with third-party software/hardware vendors.
Document procedures and contribute to IT project work.
