Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer in Canberra to install, diagnose, maintain and service desktop and peripherals at client sites. You will deliver both remote and on-site Level 2/3 support for incidents and requests, while coordinating with partners for infrastructure needs and maintaining professional interactions with End Users.

Key attributes include security clearance, strong time management, and a customer‑driven mindset with solid verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications

• NV1 Security Clearance is a must for this role.
• Experience delivering IT support services with KPI targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain and service End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment at client locations.
• Provide remote and on-site Level 2/3 support for Incidents and Service Requests.
• Manage and provide physical support for End User devices, headsets, smartphones and tablets.
• Coordinate with service partners to support infrastructure at client locations.
• Provide guidance to End Users and operate a dedicated service hub during business hours.
