Job summary

Unisys Australia is seeking a Field Engineer responsible for installing, diagnosing, and maintaining computer products including desktops, printers and peripherals at client sites, with both remote and on-site support.

You will deliver Level 2/3 IT support, manage service requests with KPI targets and collaborate with service partners to ensure high customer satisfaction and professional service.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance is required for this role.
• Experience delivering IT support services with KPI targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer focus.

Responsibilities

• Install, diagnose, maintain and service computer products including desktops, printers and peripherals.
• Install, repair and maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment at client locations.
• Provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support for Incidents and Service Requests unresolved by the Service Desk.
• Manage and provide physical support for End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment.
• Support infrastructure at client locations and liaise with service partners as required.
• Provide advice to End Users and operate a service hub with dedicated staff during business hours.
• Open records for Incidents and Requests and maintain professionalism to ensure customer satisfaction.
