Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Senior Technical Field Engineer in Canberra to install, diagnose, maintain and service End User Productivity equipment and related services. You will provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents and requests that cannot be resolved by the Service Desk.

The role requires a strong focus on customer service, excellent communication, and the ability to work with service partners to support infrastructure at client locations.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT support with defined KPI targets.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Willingness to obtain/maintain NV1 security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair and maintain End User Productivity and Service Desk Equipment at client sites.
• Provide remote and on-site Level 2 and Level 3 support for incidents and requests.
• Support End User Equipment and work with service partners for infrastructure at client locations.
• Open records for incidents and requests and ensure professional, high-quality service.
• Maintain customer satisfaction across all transactions.
