Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months' experience in a deskside support environment.
• Experience with fault investigation, triage, and issue resolution.
• Knowledge of desktop, server hardware, networking and software troubleshooting.
• Strong hardware diagnostic and PC build/upgrade capabilities.
• Printer deployments and support experience.
• Test and Tag experience is highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• NV1 or NV2 Australian Security Clearance (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite technical support for desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral devices.
• Investigate, diagnose, triage, and resolve technical issues in a deskside support environment.
• Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related components.
• Support users within a corporate Windows environment.
• Perform printer installation, deployment, configuration, and disposal activities.
• Build, upgrade, and diagnose PCs and associated hardware.
• Deliver a high level of customer service and maintain customer satisfaction throughout every interaction.
• Contribute to a secure, reliable, and high-performing technology environment for a federal government client.
