Job summary

GoFundMe is hiring an IT Administrator I to join our IT team in Australia. The role focuses on remote frontline desktop support, AV support, and admin duties for cloud services while ensuring smooth video conferencing and VPN connectivity. In-office presence is required 2x per week.

You will support local teams, manage office networks, and assist with travel as needed, contributing to a mission-driven culture and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent experience required.
• 1-3 years of IT or help desk experience.
• Solid AV experience.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Remote front lines desktop support.
• Administrative support for cloud-based services.
• A/V support for all hands meetings.
• Video conference and VOIP support.
• Remote management dashboards/displays for local teams.
• Remote management of office network and VPN connections.
• Travel to support office events may be required.
