Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Field Engineer in Australia to deliver on-site and remote support for clients across desktops, servers and networked devices. You will install, configure and maintain PCs, networks and AV rooms, and handle moves/adds/changes as required.

You will resolve issues, follow up on escalations, and ensure SLA commitments are met while maintaining a high level of professionalism. Prior front-line engineering experience is preferred.
