Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an IT Systems Support Officer to join our Canberra-based team for a fully remote role. You will support users across Microsoft 365, manage access, assets, and system records, and contribute to cybersecurity and digital workflow improvements.

We value proactive problem-solving, strong communication, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with external IT providers and internal users across Australia.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in IT support or similar.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and cloud platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and access issues.
• Experience managing user accounts and system access.
• Knowledge of basic networking and cybersecurity principles.
• Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support across Microsoft 365 and core business systems.
• Troubleshoot login, connectivity, permissions, and user-access issues.
• Manage user accounts and access control processes.
• Coordinate issues with external IT providers and follow through to resolution.
• Maintain IT asset registers, software licensing, and system records.
• Document requests and resolutions; assist with system implementations and updates.
• Test system changes and identify issues before impacting users.
• Support cybersecurity and data privacy across the organization.
