Our client in Newcastle is seeking an energetic Internal Sales & Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their established manufacturing business.

This casual role offers ongoing full-time hours with an immediate start and a pay rate from $37 per hour depending on experience. You will handle sales orders, invoices, receipts, and collections, while providing data-entry support and backup reception.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts processing or accounts receivable.
• Experience using accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry.
• Good communication and ability to work in a small office team.
• Basic understanding of GST.

Responsabilités

• Entering and processing sales orders.
• Generating customer invoices.
• Processing incoming receipts.
• Following up and collecting outstanding payments.
• Completing general administration and data-entry duties.
• Providing backup reception coverage during busy periods, lunch breaks and leave.
