Job summary

SEEK seeks an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Administrator to support a short-term operational transition in Newcastle. This casual role covers warehouse and inventory administration, transport coordination and documentation while knowledge is transferred to the ongoing team.

You should have ERP/WMS experience, strong attention to detail and excellent communication with carriers and warehouse colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, transport or supply chain administration.
• Strong ability to work with ERP/WMS and documentation.
• Excellent attention to detail and stakeholder coordination.

Responsibilities

• Process warehouse and inventory transactions in ERP/WMS.
• Support order processing, inventory movements, returns and stock admin.
• Coordinate transport bookings, collections, deliveries and shipment tracking.
• Prepare freight, dispatch and shipping documentation.
• Assist with packing lists and customs documentation.
• Maintain shipment and inventory records; assist reporting.
• Manage urgent orders and general logistics admin.
• Document existing processes and aid handover to the team.
