Job summary

Our client in Newcastle is seeking an energetic Internal Sales & Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their established manufacturing business.

This casual role offers ongoing full-time hours with an immediate start and a pay rate from $37 per hour depending on experience. You will handle sales orders, invoices, receipts, and collections, while providing data-entry support and backup reception.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts processing or accounts receivable.
• Experience using accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry.
• Good communication and ability to work in a small office team.
• Basic understanding of GST.

Our client is seeking an energetic, reliable and detail-focused Internal Sales & Accounts Receivable Administrator to join their established manufacturing business in Newcastle.

This is a casual position offering ongoing full-time hours and an immediate start.

Responsibilities

• Entering and processing sales orders

Your Profile

• Previous experience in accounts processing or accounts receivable
• Experience using an accounting software system
• Strong attention to detail and accurate data-entry skills
• Confidence working independently once training has been completed
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a small office team
• Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word
• A basic understanding of GST
• From $37 per hour, depending on experience
