Recruit Shop Pty Ltd in Sydney is seeking an Internal Customer Service Representative to support a NSW territory. You will handle inbound inquiries, process orders in the ERP system and work with the sales team to grow revenue.

The role is full-time, based in Homebush West, with Monday to Friday 8:30am–4:30pm. The ideal candidate has 2–4 years experience in internal customer service or telesales and a strong, professional customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years in internal customer service or telesales
• Strong customer service and a professional approach
• Able to manage enquiries, orders and account questions
• Attention to detail and teamwork

Responsabilités

• Receive calls and emails and convert enquiries into sales orders within the ERP system
• Process online orders and coordinate with the operational team through to completion
• Handle customer enquiries relating to orders, invoices, products and general account matters
• Proactively contact existing telesales customers according to an agreed call schedule
• Introduce new products and identify opportunities to increase sales across existing accounts
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information within the company database
• Promote use of the online webstore while developing product knowledge
