Responsibilities

• Assist Brokers and Account Executives with ongoing management of client portfolios.
• Coordinate claim lodgements and liaise with claims team.
• Prepare renewal documentation and complete pre-renewal reviews.
• Obtain and compare quotations from insurers.
• Assist with policy remarketing activities and insurer submissions.
• Prepare insurance documentation, schedules, certificates and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate client records and electronic files.
• Provide timely and professional service to clients.
