Gallagher is seeking an Internal Account Executive in Western Australia to support and service a portfolio of commercial insurance clients. You will work closely with experienced brokers to retain clients, grow the book, and improve service levels.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of commercial insurance clients.
• Assist with policy renewals and endorsements.
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal teams.
• Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Prepare quotations and client communications.
• Support credit management and maintain client records.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional client service at every interaction.
