Job summary

Gallagher in Melbourne is seeking an Internal Account Executive to support a portfolio of large commercial and corporate insurance clients within the Melbourne Mid-Market Division. You will work closely with the Principal Broker, gain exposure to a diverse client base, and develop your technical insurance knowledge while contributing to client retention and service excellence.

• Experience in insurance, financial services, or a client-facing environment.

• Tier 1 Insurance qualification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support an existing portfolio of commercial/corporate insurance clients.
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements and general account administration.
• Build strong relationships with clients, insurers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify cross-selling and growth opportunities within the portfolio.
• Prepare quotations, policy documentation and client communications.
• Support credit management and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements.
• Deliver exceptional client service at every interaction.

About the Role

As an Internal Account Executive, you'll play an important role in supporting and servicing a portfolio of large Commercial and Corporate insurance clients while working closely and supporting the Principal Broker within the Melbourne Mid-Market Division.
