Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Internal Account Executive in Australia to support Account Executives and Brokers with day-to-day client portfolio management within the AgriRisk division. You will handle insurance administration, renewal prep, quotes, and liaison with insurers in a fast-paced team environment.

The role offers flexible, hybrid work arrangements, career growth, and exposure across agricultural insurance. Prior broking experience is helpful, with Tier 1 qualification encouraged.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Executives and Brokers with daily client portfolio management.
• Support claims process by coordinating lodgements and chasing progress.
• Prepare renewal documentation and pre-renewal reviews.
• Obtain and compare quotations from insurers.
• Assist with policy remarketing and insurer submissions.
• Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Provide timely and professional service to clients.
