Job summary

Gallagher is seeking an Internal Account Executive to support our broking team with day-to-day client portfolio management and insurance administration.

You will assist Account Executives and Brokers with claims support, renewal preparation, quoting, remarketing, policy processing and insurer liaison, in a fast-paced environment. This role offers opportunity to grow within the insurance and agricultural sectors.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients and insurers.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship management.
• Experience in insurance is beneficial but not essential.
• Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Assist Brokers and Account Executives with ongoing management of client portfolios.
• Support claims process by coordinating lodgements and liaising with claims team.
• Prepare renewal documentation and complete pre-renewal reviews.
• Obtain and compare quotations from insurers.
• Assist with policy remarketing and insurer submissions.
• Prepare insurance documentation, schedules, certificates and correspondence.
• Maintain accurate client records and electronic files.
• Provide timely and professional service to clients.
