Job summary

Kingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited in Moama, NSW is seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to manage day-to-day scheduling of tank installations, coordinate with installers, plumbers and supervisors, and ensure delivery schedules are met.

Reporting to the Installations Manager, you will update statuses, assist with invoicing post-installation, liaise with Logistics and Planning, support the compliance system, and contribute to continuous improvement and product compliance awareness

Qualifications

Experience in customer service and communication.
Effective time management with prioritisation.
Ability to change, adapt and continuously improve.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365.

Responsibilities

Schedule tank installations on a day-to-day basis to meet a planned scheduled.
Reschedule installations when required.
Update installer schedules with current status (e.g. completed or deferred).
Invoice the previous days installations upon confirmation of completed install.
Liaise with plumbers and supervisors to achieve installation outcomes.
Coordinate with Logistics and Planning after delivery.
Support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same.
Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations.
Participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
