Job summary

Kingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited in Moama, NSW is seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to manage day-to-day scheduling of tank installations, coordinate with installers, plumbers and supervisors, and ensure delivery schedules are met.

Reporting to the Installations Manager, you will update statuses, assist with invoicing post-installation, liaise with Logistics and Planning, support the compliance system, and contribute to continuous improvement and product compliance awareness

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and communication.
• Effective time management with prioritisation.
• Ability to change, adapt and continuously improve.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tank installations on a day-to-day basis to meet a planned scheduled.
• Reschedule installations when required.
• Update installer schedules with current status (e.g. completed or deferred).
• Invoice the previous days installations upon confirmation of completed install.
• Liaise with plumbers and supervisors to achieve installation outcomes.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Planning after delivery.
• Support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same.
• Develop employee awareness of product compliance obligations.
• Participate in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.

• Rescheduling of installations when required
• Updating installer schedules with current status e.g. completed or deferred
• Invoicing the previous days installations upon confirmation of completed install
• Liaising with plumbers and supervisors to achieve desired outcomes for installations
• Coordinating with the Logistics and Planning departments about installations after delivery
• Cooperating with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
• Developing employee awareness of product compliance obligations
• Actively participating in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
