Job summary

Kingspan Water & Energy Pty Limited in Moama, NSW, is seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to manage day-to-day scheduling of tank installations and coordinate with plumbers, supervisors and logistics after delivery.

The role requires strong customer service, excellent time management, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365. You will support compliance initiatives and contribute to continuous improvement in operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedule tank installations on a day-to-day basis to meet planned schedules.
• Reschedule installations as required and update installer schedules.
• Invoicing of the previous day's installations upon confirmation of completion.
• Liaise with plumbers and supervisors to achieve installation outcomes.
• Coordinate with Logistics and Planning after delivery.
• Support compliance management and promote workplace compliance.
• Develop awareness of product compliance obligations.
• Participate in corrective actions from concerns or audits.

We are seeking applications from driven individuals to join our Planning Team in Moama

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Installations Coordinator to join our team based at Moama, NSW.

Reporting to the Installations Manager, your main responsibilities will be:

• Scheduling tank installations on a day-to-day basis to meet a planned scheduled
• Rescheduling of installations when required
• Updating installer schedules with current status e.g. completed or deferred
• Invoicing the previous days installations upon confirmation of completed install
• Liaising with plumbers and supervisors to achieve desired outcomes for installations
• Coordinating with the Logistics and Planning departments about installations after delivery
• Cooperating with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same
• Developing employee awareness of product compliance obligations
• Actively participating in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365
