Job summary

Kingspan Water & Energy invites an experienced Installations Coordinator to join our team in Yatala, QLD. You will schedule tank installations, coordinate with plumbers and supervisors, and manage on-site logistics to meet planned timelines.

Reporting to the Installations Manager, you will also handle invoicing for completed installs, update installer schedules, and support compliance and continuous improvement initiatives across sites nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and communication.
• Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise.
• Ability to change, adapt and continuously improve.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Schedule tank installations on a day-to-day basis to meet a planned scheduled.
• Reschedule installations when required.
• Update installer schedules with current status e.g. completed or deferred.
• Invoice the previous days installations upon confirmation of completed install.
• Liaise with plumbers and supervisors to achieve desired outcomes for installations.
• Coordinate with the Logistics and Planning departments about installations after delivery.
• Cooperate with and support the compliance management system and encourage workplace colleagues to do the same.
• Developing employee awareness of product compliance obligations.
• Actively participating in corrective actions from concerns or internal audits.
